For the past 15+ years, Alisha has worked as a teacher, facilitator, and researcher, supporting teams and organizations in developing strategies to enhance educational outcomes, streamlining processes for more efficient learning environments, and resolving operational challenges. This experience has honed her ability to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring that processes run smoothly and effectively.

Alisha has been able to leverage her organizational, communication, and analytical skills to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals increase operational efficiency in transactions, maintain industry compliance standards, and develop sustainable solutions for process improvement.
